Dear AS²A Families,
Field Day was a HUGE SUCCESS! Students of all ages were heard saying, “It was the best day of the whole year!” From tossing bean bags, to tug of war, to three-legged races…fun times were had by all. Thank you again to our amazing PTO Board for planning the best Field Day ever. Thank you, also, to the MANY parent volunteers - without you this fun day would not have been possible.
The Band Concert, originally scheduled for last Thursday when our transformer blew, is rescheduled for tomorrow, Monday, June 5. We look forward to seeing our band families for this presentation by our talented musicians.
This week, the end-of-the-year activities continue with our last Mass as a school community on Wednesday, June 7 at 9 am. If you are able to join us, we would love to see you there.
At 6:00 pm on Wednesday, our littlest scientists will present their experiment results at the Pre-K Science Fair. We look forward to seeing the work of our budding engineers and testers.
This week is also the last week for our 8th Graders. They are ready to launch into high school and we are so proud of their efforts and celebrate their acceptance to The Met School, Portsmouth Abbey, Bishop Stang, and Rogers High School. Their ASA journey will culminate with a retreat this Tuesday and Graduation Mass and ceremony on Friday. Congratulations to all and we wish you God’s continued blessings in your academic and faith journey.
