Parent Update

 Hello Parents,

Today marks the end of the first full week of school. You have done a great job in daily monitoring your child’s health at home in preparation for a busy day of learning. Please remember to send students in with a full reusable water bottle. The children are enjoying their nutritious foods for snacks and lunch.

There is an announced uniform check coming this Monday to earn a Last Day of Summer Dress Out Day on Tuesday, so please check with your students as they come to school next week!

Thank you for moving smoothly with the traffic pattern. Fr. Codega has updated me on the progress of the drive. It has been inspected by engineers, and reconstruction plans will begin soon. As this work will be completed during the week, Father Codega will inform me of the work dates in advance. The school will be closed to in person learning on these days and the students are to attend hybrid instruction.

Hybrid instruction review- Teachers will review the hybrid program with their classes so our students will know when to be online, in their uniform shirt, at the computer workspace, and ready to begin with their materials at hand and no outside distractions from the learning time. All food, drink, and bathroom visits, unless an emergency, are to be handled when the online instruction is complete. Online screen instruction will follow age-appropriate screen time minutes and the teachers will inform you of the synchronous-online, and asynchronous-independent, work schedules.
